  1. I can’t argue any of these, but newly started Peddler coffee at 806 S. 6th St (and all over the city on their trikes) purchases direct, roasts local, grinds and cold-brews in house, and serves in compostable cups with compostable straws. They and Koliyan Cambodian foods, who shares the shop space, aim to either reuse, recycle, or compost everything. They just opened this week, so maybe on the next rendition of the list you can check them out.

  2. Yep! Mon-Fri, 7-11am and other special events, classes, and meals. Swing by tomorrow (8/1) 6-9pm for First Friday featuring photographer Nema Etebar along with coffee, whiskey, and Cambodian treats.
