Villanova Students: Get Ready for the L.L.Bean Bootmobile on 11/8!

Hey Villanova Students – the L.L.Bean’s Bootmobile is coming to your campus tomorrow, encouraging you to get outside in between classes, parties and the bar. The last time we saw the L.L.Bean Bootmobile was with the Outdoor Discovery Schools while we kayaked & SUP’d.

L.L.Bean’s 2013 Wintervention College Tour is visiting the Villanova campus Friday, 11/8. It’s one of the 15 stops at colleges throughout the Northeast to help remind students to get active and outside, no matter what the temperatures are. The next stop for the Bootmobile is on Saturday November 9th at Lehigh University from 11 AM – 2 PM by the Stadium Entrance.

*Updated: LL Bean is also visiting Temple University on November 13th near the Bell Tower on Liacouras Walk from 9 AM to 1 PM!

Nova students, swing by the Connelly Center from 11 AM to 3 PM in order to see the Bootmobile festivities including:

  • Enter to win a $1,500 grand prize shopping spree for you and 4 friends. Simply share your best selfies with the bootmobile and other photos on Instagram and Twitter using @Wintervention. (Hashtag: Winning! Jokes.)
  • If you don’t get the grand prize, you can always try to get a Wintervention gear prize package & a pair of limited-edition Fenway Bean Boots
  • Get a $10 gift card for being one of the first 25 students to visit the Bootmobile wearing L.L.Bean gear.
