Join over 50 unique and vibrant Community Gardens across the city.

Want to check out how Philadelphians are growing food and blooms across the city? There’s a day to get involved on Saturday.

Join Neighborhood Gardens Trust on Community Gardens Day on Saturday, June 15 from 10am-2pm.

Across the city, more than 50 vibrant and unique community gardens and shared open spaces will be blooming with exciting activities for all ages — from garden tours, workshops, and demonstrations, to music, kids’ activities and BBQs.

Join a Tour on Saturday (including with us!)

Want to explore some of the city’s most interesting and lush growing spaces? Join a guided tour on foot, bike, or trolley to visit gardens, hear stories, and get tips direct from the gardeners. If you are lucky you might even get the chance to taste some fresh fruits and veggies right from the garden.

Bouvier Community Garden Tour with Green Philly: Join us as Bob Jobin, Neighborhood Gardens Trust Board Member and Master Gardener shares about how Community Gardens benefit Philadelphia, examples of reusable gardening options and ways to get involved in your neighborhood or start your own garden. Join Green Philly to hear additional sustainable gardening tips and how to get started.
