Happy New Year, readers!

Our Mayor of the city transitions from Nutter to Kenney in a matter of hours, and we’re psyched to ring in the transition along with a few of our new years detox resolutions.

To celebrate a whole new year of possibilities (and mistakes), we’re kicking off the week with events for you.

Week Events January 4-7, 2016

• Beginners Yoga in Fleisher’s Sanctuary: Get limber before class or work! Fleisher Art Memorial is offering yoga in the Sanctuary on Wednesday mornings, from 8:50 to 9:50 a.m. beginning January 6. Weekend Events January 8-10, 2016

• Yoga and Brunch at Hydro+Pose Studio: Umm, hello: yoga and then brunch?! What more do you need to know. Plus, this yoga studio doubles as an indoor garden (that’s for the heads up, Be Well Philly!). Sunday, January 10th from 10:30 AM. to 12:15PM; 1903 South Broad Street, South Philly. Register.
