Hey ladies, are you interested in being up in the gym just workin’ on your fitness?
This summer, City Fit Girls will be hosting their second annual FitRetreat, a day full of fitness sessions along with wellness and nutrition workshops. FitRetreat will take place on Saturday, August 23rd at Impact Hub Philadelphia.
FitRetreat welcomes all women to come and participate, regardless of your fitness level. Whether you’re interested in training for marathons, losing weight, learning how to eat healthy, finding fitness partners, or getting help starting your own wellness business, FitRetreat is a great way to spend your Saturday.
Fitness sessions this year will include yoga, high-intensity interval training, and belly dancing, in addition to the running clinic, cooking demos, and seminars on topics such as positive body image. There will also be massages throughout the day as well as a local, healthy lunch and giveaways!
This year City Fit Girls is looking to expand with an estimated 100-150 women and even larger sponsors such as Whole Foods and Grace & Glory Yoga. Last year, FitRetreat brought 75 women together with 7 fitness instructors and more than 15 sponsors.
