Considering the valuable resources spent on food processing, it’s disturbing that over 40% of food produced in America is not eaten.
What can you do to lessen the impact? Save those leftovers! It’s easy to dump the rest of dinner down the garbage disposal. Instead, enjoy it for your next meal. Or, freeze your extra portion and defrost down the road. These simple changes can save money and cut down on needless food wasted.
