Friday Quickie: Keep It Goin’ All Winter Long

make sure to preserve your summer produce for the winter! You’re enjoying your fresh produce & CSA veggies now, but what are you going to do once the temps drop and fresh, local veggies aren’t available?

Hint: Preserve them!

Readers, what are you doing to preserve your summer bounty? I’m personally getting started on drying some mint this weekend! 🙂
