The Seed Farm’s 5th Annual Farm-to-Table Dinner & Auction, presented byGrowLV bySodexo, will take place on Sunday, October 4th. Join us for the best in local farm-fresh food and drinks while supporting training for one of the most important jobs in the world – training for those men and women who produce our food.A four-course meal will be prepared on-site and served in our greenhouse, followed by presentations about our new farmer training program and a lively auction featuring unique prizes. The dinner will be prepared by a team of chefs from GrowLV by Sodexo and Chef Nicholas Elmi, winner of Bravo’s Top Chef New Orleans and owner of the restaurant Laurel in Philadelphia. Our chefs will turn food fresh from local fields into a meal to remember. The event will be held at The Seed Farm in Emmaus, PA.
A VIP cocktail hour, from 4-5 PM, will feature an exclusive opportunity to participate in a guided tasting of locally crafted drinks and cooking demo by Chef Nicholas Elmi. Drinks provided by County Seat Spirits, Frecon’s Cidery, Weyerbacher, and Subarashii Kudamono. A limited number of VIP upgrades are available.
