The Block Bowl

For the second straight summer The Block Gives Back will be hosting a stop the violence tournament. This year will be a flag football tournament. Taking place on July 29th at Carmella playground in the city’s Frankford area. The day will consist of the tournament playing out between 9am-6pm, live entertainment, vendors, and food will be available. The whole event itself will benefit The Block Gives Back  School bag Drive and Jack Costello boxing gym.  We have already made efforts to clean the park we are having this event at so we are hoping to keep it clean by making sure we take care of all the garbage and recycling needs. Which is why we are hoping to obtain a few recycling bins.
