Taste of Success 2016

Taste of Success is Entrepreneur Works’ annual cook-off/bake-off contest, networking event, cocktail party, and prime opportunity to connect with our clients over tasty treats. We invite 12 early-stage food entrepreneurs to compete for cash prizes, and we invite you to help us celebrate their achievements!

This year, we’re asking our contestants: Who’s Your Inspiration? Which relative, friend, mentor, or stranger inspired you to start cooking and go into the food business? And what can you tell us about this person through the special dish you create for Taste of Success 2016?

At Entrepreneur Works, we know exactly who inspires us: our talented, hardworking clients who start and grow their businesses despite the obstacles they encounter along the way. Our clients’ persistence and drive inspires us to keep offering our small business lending, training and relationship-building services to help these entrepreneurs succeed.

We are also thrilled to announce that Jim Donovan, Anchor and Consumer Reporter with CBS3/CW Philly 57, will emcee our event once again this year, and Chef Tim Spinner (of Cantina Feliz and others) as well as Mike Sultan, one of the chef partners at Revolution Taco (a 2016 Entrepreneur Works loan client) will serve as two of our guest chef judges!

And most importantly: YOU get to sample the contestants’ offerings before voting for our People’s Choice and Most Innovative Awards! The event will also feature a raffle drawing, an open bar, catered snacks and more.
