Soundbaths are relaxing aural adventures that allow people to take a break from the stress and overstimulation of modern living and create an opportunity for healing through reflection. They are meant to help facilitate a change in day to day brainwaves and guide individuals into a present, meditative state. Cited benefits of Soundbaths include stress and anxiety alleviation, decreased blood pressure, increased parasympathetic nervous system function (digestion, metabolism), a distinct sensation of feeling grounded, emotional balance, heightened energy levels, and improved sleep.

Please bring your own yoga mat and/or any blankets, pillows, or support that makes you comfortable! The space will be open 20 minutes prior to event start time to allow participants to get settled and comfortable.

Brendan Principato is a musician focused on creating textural spaces. Expect calming frequencies and immersive atmospheres. Combining acoustic and electronic sound elements, this sound bath will drop you into a relaxing ambient environment. Instruments being used will include chimes, Tibetan bowls, bells, synthesizer, autoharp, kalimba, loopers, and ambient field recordings.

PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations within 72 hours of the start of event are nonrefundable or transferable. Refunds and transfers requested earlier than 72 hours before the start time will be charged a $5.00 processing fee.
