Meatless Monday Cooking Class: Book Club Edition with Alicia Walter

The only activity more satisfying than flipping through a cookbook is eating your way through one. Alicia Walter, Chef of Private Dining at Vetri Ristorante, is a vegetable-loving bibliophile. In this cooking class at the counter in our open kitchen, you’ll enjoy four meatless courses inspired by a few of her favorite tomes.
After class, guests will be invited into our private dining room to enjoy espresso and peruse a selection from her personal library and Vetri Ristorante’s extensive collection. Courses will be paired with wine.
