Eco-Orchard Workshop

The Philadelphia Orchard Project, Greener Partners, and Teens 4 Good are hosting a workshop on ecological orchard care led by POP’s Phil Forsyth and Robyn Mello. A morning classroom session will look at a year in orchard care, covering seasonal tasks including pruning, thinning, and the use of holistic sprays. A brown-bag lunch will be followed by an afternoon of hands-on pruning at Guild House West Farm. 10am to 2pm, with additional hands-on pruning at Teens 4 Good until 4pm. $20 for general public, $10 for POP partners and volunteers.
