Drive Electric Celebration

Join us for our 5th Annual Drive Electric Celebration in honor of National Drive Electric Week!

Curious residents, car enthusiasts, business owners and members of the public are invited to attend to learn everything you need to know about driving electric.

Area dealerships will be onsite with the latest models of electric vehicles as well as vendors of electric motorcycles, bicycles, UTVs, and scooters. Participants include:

Beginning at 5 p.m., the following speakers will share insights on electric vehicles:

• Andrea Friedman from the New Jersey Department Environmental Protection (NJDEP) will speak about the current NJ incentives for going electric
• Jennifer Grisham from Atlantic City Electric/Pepco Holdings will speak about the role an electric utility plays in the adoption of electric vehicles
• Professor Patrick Hossay of Stockton University will share research on up-and-coming technology and what’s next for EVs

Transportation is the largest contributor to greenhouse gas pollution in New Jersey. Be a part of the conversation to clean our roadways by driving electric!

This event will be held at our Environmental Park Facility located in Egg Harbor Township, NJ.
